Terms of Service — Last updated: October 20, 2026. The Arabic version is the reference version.

1. Acceptance: By using orvan-perfumes.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies published on the site.

3. Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to place an order, and the information you give must be accurate.

4. Products and prices:

• We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours in photos may vary slightly by screen.
• Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Delivery fees and any taxes or charges due are shown in full at checkout before you confirm.
• Prices may change at any time; a change never applies to an order already confirmed.

5. Orders and confirmation: You receive a written confirmation with the product, price, delivery fee and payment method. We may decline or cancel an order in specific cases, such as stock running out, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, and we refund any amount paid in full.

6. Payment: Cash on delivery, InstaPay, or card through a secure payment page. InstaPay orders ship once the transfer is confirmed.

7. Shipping and returns: Governed by the Shipping Policy and the Refund & Exchange Policy on the site. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

8. Using the products: Follow the instructions and warnings on the packaging. Products are for personal use and not for resale without our written agreement.

9. Intellectual property: The ORVAN name, logo, the ORVAN creature, and all images, text and designs belong to Pure H. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Use of the site: You may not use the site for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access to its systems, or collect its data by automated means.

11. Limitation of liability: To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. This does not limit any legal right that cannot be waived by agreement.

12. Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to contact the Consumer Protection Agency (19588).

13. Changes: We post any change on this page; it does not apply to orders confirmed before it.
