1. Who we are: ORVAN is a brand owned by Pure H, Commercial Register No. 59777, Carrefour Street, Al-Me'raj Al-Olwy, Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. We are the controller of your personal data under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations.

2. Data we collect:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address.
• Order details: products, amounts, payment method, return and exchange history.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and calls with us.
• Usage data: device type, IP address and pages visited, through cookies.
• Marketing preferences: whether, when and with what wording you agreed to receive messages.

We do not collect sensitive data, and we do not buy contact lists from anyone.

3. Why we use it:

• To process, deliver and communicate about your order.
• To provide customer service, returns and exchanges.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as invoicing and consumer protection law.
• To send launch news and offers, only with your explicit consent.
• To improve the site and measure advertising, using cookies (see section 10).
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.

4. Marketing messages: We send marketing messages only after your prior, explicit consent. Every message identifies us and includes a free, simple way to unsubscribe. We keep a record of your consent, and we never share your email with anyone for their own marketing.

5. Who we share it with: We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with: Shopify, the platform that hosts our store; payment providers and delivery companies; email and messaging providers; advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Google, through cookies; and public authorities when legally required.

6. Transfers outside Egypt: Some of our providers, including Shopify, store data on servers outside Egypt. We follow the transfer rules set by the Law and its Regulations, and work only with providers that offer an appropriate level of protection.

7. How long we keep it: We keep order and invoice records for as long as Egyptian law requires. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe, and your consent record for the period the law sets. After that, we delete the data or make it no longer linkable to you.

8. Your rights:

• To know what data we hold and access it.
• To withdraw your consent at any time.
• To correct, update or complete your data.
• To have your data erased, except where the law requires us to keep it.
• To limit processing to a specific scope, and to object to it.
• To be told of any breach affecting your data.

9. Security: We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If a breach occurs, we notify the Center and the people affected within the legal deadlines.

10. Cookies: We use cookies needed for the site and cart to work, and analytics and advertising cookies to measure visits and the results of our ads. You can delete or block these cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking essential cookies may affect the cart. You may object to the use of your data for advertising by emailing info@orvan-perfumes.com.

11. Children: The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes: We post any change on this page with its update date, and we notify you of material changes.
