سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال — آخر تحديث: 10 أكتوبر 2026

تخضع هذه السياسة لقانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018 ولائحته التنفيذية الصادرة بقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 822 لسنة 2019. في حال تعارض أي بند مع أحكام القانون، يُطبَّق حكم القانون.

1. حق الرجوع خلال 14 يومًا دون إبداء أسباب: يحق لك استبدال المنتج أو إعادته واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامه دون إبداء أسباب (المادتان 17 و40)، بشرط أن يكون بالحالة التي كان عليها وقت البيع: غير مستخدم، وعبوته وغلافه الأصلي وختمه سليمة. العطر الذي فُتح غلافه أو ختمه أو استُخدم لا يمكن إعادته إلى حالته وقت البيع، ولذلك لا يسري عليه حق الرجوع دون أسباب (المادة 17 البندان 1 و3، والمادة 41 البند 5)، ولا يمس ذلك حقك الكامل في حالة وجود عيب. في الرجوع دون عيب يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن الإرجاع (المادة 40). نرد المبلغ المدفوع خلال مدة لا تجاوز 7 أيام من تاريخ إعادة المنتج إلينا وبنفس طريقة الدفع (المادة 40)، وفي طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام يُرد المبلغ بتحويل عبر InstaPay أو نقدًا حسب الاتفاق مع العميل.

2. المنتج المعيب أو غير المطابق — 30 يومًا: إذا وصلك المنتج معيبًا، أو غير مطابق للمواصفات، أو تالفًا أثناء الشحن، أو غير الذي طلبته، يحق لك استبداله أو إعادته واسترداد قيمته خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام (المادة 21، والمادة 16 من اللائحة) دون أي تكلفة إضافية عليك، ونتحمل مصاريف الشحن ذهابًا وعودة، وننفذ طلبك خلال مدة لا تجاوز أسبوعًا.

3. تعديل الطلب: يحق لك تصحيح طلبك أو تعديله خلال 7 أيام عمل من تأكيده (المادة 38).

4. التأخر في التسليم: إذا تأخرنا عن موعد التسليم المحدد، أو لم نسلّم خلال 30 يومًا في حال عدم الاتفاق على موعد، يحق لك الرجوع دون أي مصاريف ونتحمل جميع تكاليف الشحن (المادة 40).

5. طريقة تقديم الطلب: تواصل معنا على الهاتف أو واتساب +20 155 622 8500 أو info@orvan-perfumes.com مع رقم الطلب، ويُفضَّل إرفاق صور في حالة العيب.

Refund & Exchange Policy — Last updated: October 10, 2026. Governed by Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations (PM Decree No. 822 of 2019); the law prevails in case of conflict. The Arabic version is the reference version.

1. 14-day right to withdraw: You may exchange or return a product for a refund within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (Articles 17 and 40), provided it is unused with its original packaging, wrapping and seal intact. A perfume whose wrapping or seal has been opened, or which has been used, cannot be restored to its condition at sale, so this no-reason right does not apply to it (Article 17 items 1 and 3; Article 41 item 5); your full rights for defective products are unaffected. For returns without a defect, the customer bears return shipping (Article 40). We refund within 7 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by InstaPay or in cash as agreed.

2. Defective or non-conforming products — 30 days: Defective, non-conforming, damaged-in-transit or wrong items may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt (Article 21; Executive Regulations Article 16) at no cost to you; we cover shipping both ways and act within one week.

3. Changing your order: within 7 working days of confirmation (Article 38).

4. Late delivery: if we deliver late, or not within 30 days where no date was agreed, you may cancel at no cost and we bear all shipping costs (Article 40).
